hey all! its been a lil while since i last posted anything real
today we're going to talk about the crazy people at the gym
you know the ones, who after45 min of insanly fast paced jogging on the eliptical, have yet to break a sweat, while me personally am struggling to remember to breathe, and trying to remember my name.
those people who have been up and at it for a while before you even walked thru the doors, and are still going far after your legs are rubber and your arms are jelly
i mean good for you , but come on... stop making us look bad. ;)
then again if you look at it from a mom's perspective and break it down
folding laundry 40 calories,
chasing kids after they get into the catfood, 50 calories,
picking up an indecicive toddler umpteen times ,123 calories
running from the back of the house to the front a gazillion times looking for said toddlers, juice cups, missing cellphone, remote, carkeys, cookie... you get the point... 87 calories on a low day.
dancing with two 30 lb toddlers on either hip. i dont even wanna know how many for that.. tho i do know i get a hefty work out cuz i can't walk for hours after without a wince.
okay so.. maybe i am that crazy person.. just at my home gym instead.
